4. Mandatory Manager Remarks:
Managers must now add remarks when approving or declining employee requests. These remarks will be visible in both the ESS and Admin Portal under their respective sections. Enables collecting important inputs for reference.
5.Late/Early Tracking Update:
The tracking count for late arrivals and early departures has been updated to 8 instances.
6. OD & Prefix/Suffix Settings Update h:
a) Applicable OD Types – Work on Weekoff/Holiday
Employees can now submit an OD entry for working on a Week Off/Public Holiday, subject to manager approval.
b) Prefix/Suffix Settings – WOP/HOP Approval Required. Now you can make employees and managers more accountable for WO presence.
When enabled, Week Off Present (WOP) or Holiday Present (HOP) will appear in reports based on approval status, including Work Duration and Total Duration
