Attendance Updates
1. Enable Mandatory Remarks for App based punches. :
✅ Helps in collecting more inputs on the punches and making them more accountable.
2.Comp Off Update:
Clubbing rules can now be applied to the Comp Off leave type. Helps in easy implementation of leave rules.
3. Time limit for Manager Approvals:
Now you can Set time limit for manager approvals
Attendance Regularization – within __ days
Leave – within __ days
OutDoor – within __ days
4. Mandatory Manager Remarks:
Managers must now add remarks when approving or declining employee requests. These remarks will be visible in both the ESS and Admin Portal under their respective sections. Enables collecting important inputs for reference.
5.Late/Early Tracking Update:
The tracking count for late arrivals and early departures has been updated to 8 instances.
6. OD & Prefix/Suffix Settings Update h:
a) Applicable OD Types – Work on Weekoff/Holiday
Employees can now submit an OD entry for working on a Week Off/Public Holiday, subject to manager approval.
b) Prefix/Suffix Settings – WOP/HOP Approval Required. Now you can make employees and managers more accountable for WO presence.
When enabled, Week Off Present (WOP) or Holiday Present (HOP) will appear in reports based on approval status, including Work Duration and Total Duration
Payroll Updates
We have made following updates in our software for this quarter.
1. Enhanced Employee Advance Details with a new UI - Now view detailed breakdowns of employee loans/advances including:
Total advance allotted
Installments received
Month-wise pending balance .
2. New Payslip Format - More and improved pay-slip options added.
3. New UI for View Salary Window – Helps in getting better salary insights.
4. Customized Payroll Reports – New Fields & Filters
a. Total Employee Count: Displays total employees based on filters like Department, Branch, Team, and Grade.
b. Classified Aggregate Reports: Now you can create summary reports to get analytical reports .

You can now set specific notice period days for probationary employees.
2. Enhanced Employee Document Management
More filter options for easily locating employees.
Custom fields (variables) now available in templates for greater flexibility..
